If you’ve been recently diagnosed or identified as autistic, ADHD, or both, you may be feeling a wide range of emotions- overwhelmed, validated, or totally lost. After years of masking, people-pleasing, or just trying to “pass,” discovering your neurodivergence can be both a relief and a reckoning.
I’m here to help you decode what this means—and what comes next.
Through one-on-one coaching (coming soon) and group support (coming summer 2025), I guide neurodivergent adults like you through the SAFE Unmasking™ processes, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC).
You’ll build tools to live authentically, manage burnout, advocate for your needs, and finally feel at home in yourself.
If you’re exploring your neurodivergence, navigating unmasking, or learning how to live more authentically—you're not alone. The SAFE Unmasking™ process, combined with ACC, creates a supportive space where you can reconnect with your values, build emotional resilience, and move at a pace that works for you.
1-on-1 coaching begins in June 2025, with workshops launching later this summer. Whether you're newly diagnosed or years into your journey, these services are designed with your lived experience in mind.
Coaching is almost here. Until then, explore free guides, follow along on Substack, or reach out with questions.
I’m Mark— a late-identified autistic ADHDer, certified coach, and guide for neurodivergent adults ready to unmask and live authentically.
I was diagnosed with both autism and ADHD at 48, and that discovery changed everything. Like many late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults I spent decades masking, over-adapting, and wondering why life always felt just out of sync. My diagnosis wasn’t the end of a story. It was the beginning of my return to myself. Today, I combine lived experience with deep professional expertise to support others on their unmasking journey.
I bring a unique blend of evidence-based coaching, trauma-informed insight, and over 20 years of experience in human-centered performance improvement. I've spent the last 15 years working remotely with clients around the world from my home office in Mexico. I'm a Certified Autism Specialist, Master Certified Professional Coach, International Coaching Federation member, and hold a Master of Arts in Human Performance Improvement.
I specialize in:
I use the same coaching framework and SAFE Unmasking™ process in my own life that I now offer to clients. Everything I share has been lived, tested, and adapted for the complex, beautiful realities of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.
My work is grounded in the belief that you don’t need to be “fixed”—you need to be seen, heard, and supported as you reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve hidden just to survive. I take a trauma-informed, compassionate, and neurodivergent-affirming approach, helping you gently unmask, define what matters most, and take action that aligns with your truth.
This isn’t about pushing productivity or perfection. It’s about building psychological flexibility, self-compassion, and a life that actually fits your brain.
I was an undiagnosed autistic child with ADHD, shaped by generations of trauma and silence. This is a story of survival—and reclaiming my voice and truth. It’s free to read on Substack, with no sign-up or login required.
